During their work on warehouse logistics systems, they discovered how even the smallest workflow optimizations can drive significant gains in productivity while improving employee well-being. Later, as part of the Alexa engineering team, they witnessed the transformative power of AI when technology adapts to people, creating intuitive and empowering user experiences.

Igor Siljanovski, Co-founder and CEO, brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and technical expertise to Simplic AI. With a proven track record of leading engineering teams and launching diverse product portfolios at Amazon and IBM, Igor is a dynamic leader with a clear vision for innovation. He earned his degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.

Matthew Williams, Co-founder and CTO, leverages two decades of experience in building consumer and enterprise solutions that impact millions. At Amazon and BlackBerry, he led multidisciplinary teams of engineers and researchers, applying cutting-edge AI to create impactful, widely adopted products. Matthew holds a degree in Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Toronto.
